Finance Apprenticeship

The role

We are seeking an individual to join our finance team as a finance apprentice. As a finance apprentice you will support the finance team with various responsibilities, including the processing of bank transactions, working on our sales ledger to include credit control. In addition to participating in internal audit work for the organisation and reporting to various stakeholders to meet governance responsibilities.

You will gain a level 3 AAT qualification through the apprenticeship with St Richard’s, there could be the opportunity for this apprenticeship to lead to further training (level 4 AAT qualification) and a potential full-time role within the finance department.

This post requires a standard Disclosure and Barring Service check.

About you

You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, have strong attention to detail, you will enjoy working within a team and have an analytical approach. In addition to a well-rounded knowledge of Microsoft office programmes combined with good keyboarding skills.

The successful applicant will have English and Maths GCSEs at grade level 4 or above (or functional skills level 2 in English and Maths) and be working towards or willing to work towards AAT Level 2 Qualification.
