Andrea has been a Trustee at St Richard’s Hospice in Worcester since 2007 and is the Speak up Guardian for the organisation.
Andrea is the Head of HR Services at Aspire Business Partnership in Bromsgrove; an employment generalist she specialises in dealing with complex employment issues, such as business restructures, resolving disputes, mediation, and often gets invited to chair disciplinary and grievance hearings on an independent basis.
She is also Chair of a highly successful Worcestershire networking group, Wednesday Club for female business professionals.
Andrea lives in Birtsmorton with husband, Mike and India, a black Labrador who has a passion for expensive shoes and Pickle, a rather cute Jack Russell who likes to make his presence known at any opportunity!
In 2016, the family were blessed with a grandson, Edward and another grandchild Lola, was born in November 2019 to proud parents, their daughter, Zoe and her partner, Daniel.
Andrea likes spending time with her family, dog walking, baking cakes for the office and regularly signs up for St Richard’s fundraising challenges such as the Bikeathon and Paddle, Plod & Pedal.
